Jerry Yguerabide
Created Mesa de Magdalena years ago with the goal of bringing his style of authentic Mexican food to the San Antonio area. He has worked hard to create recipes that are both flavorful and unique. He has also made sure that the food is made with the freshest ingredients, making it not only delicious but also healthy. Mesa de Magdalena has quickly become a local favorite. Jerry has used social media to spread the word about his talent, and it has paid off. His food has been featured in numerous news outlets. Jerry has also used his culinary skills to create partnerships with local businesses. The new partnerships and contracts that chef Yguerabide and Mesa de Magdalena have forged a solid pavement that will open many doors for the restaurant and his partnerships in the future, not only for his skill but for the future of cooking.
